Children helping children
Over 7,600 young people aged from 4 to 18 from more than 90 schools – mainly in London – enter the competition every year. The pictures are judged by a panel of leading contemporary artists and this year over 800 have been selected to be exhibited.
Judge’s Wall
This year’s exhibition includes a display of works for sale by our esteemed and talented judges.
All funds raised will support specific research into childhood cancers at UCL Great Ormond Street Institute of Child Health.
“The importance of art in the school curriculum cannot be overstated, it helps prepare children for their future life and makes that life richer. The Young Art exhibition is part of that process as well as providing funds, through your generosity, to help with UCL’s vital research into childhood cancer.”
— Prof Ken Howard OBE RA
